What is NHS?

NHS is a proven type of healthcare that brings significant healing to the communities in which its clinics are located. NHS president William Kriva explains this best in the NHS Vision Statement below:

Natural Health Sciences Institute exists to teach and spread the essential truths of natural health care to Mexico, Central America and South America. The NHS system will be based on three pillars enumerated by Thomas Edison in his famous quote regarding the doctor of the future. “The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.” The “care of the frame” will be encompassed in the essence of chiropractic that will be imparted to the students as part of this curriculum. Proper diet will be covered as part of the nutritional program and the cause and prevention of disease will be reinforced through the use of frequency therapies. These pillars will form the foundation for elevating the health of people throughout Mexico, Central America and South America.

The core of this program is the 18 month curriculum taught at Palmer College of Chiropractic under B.J. Palmer which distills the essence of chiropractic into an educational program unencumbered by excessive allopathic thinking.   This essence of chiropractic, including emphasis on chiropractic philosophy is foundational to the NHS system.

The demographic of Mexico, Central America and South America was selected as there is a profound need for effective natural health care in this part of the world that is currently unmet. Likewise, there is a tremendous need for career opportunities that will provide a doorway out of poverty for those with talent, but no opportunity to develop that talent in their native country. The NHS Institute provides the means for these individuals to obtain professional training, establish successful health clinics, touch the lives of millions who are in need of natural health care and boost the economic productivity of their communities when they return.

Evidence of the power of this vision can be seen in the 10 year old NHS test clinic operated in Cuauhtemoc, Mexico. This clinic has been extremely successful in achieving excellent patient outcomes for thousands of patients while simultaneously demonstrating the highest degree of professionalism and financial success. It has also provided hope to those who have seen this success and yearn to learn this healing discipline and bring it back to their own communities.

As an individual, I am a small piece of this great endeavor. I choose to take this path because I KNOW what natural health sciences are and given the chance to grow and flourish, what they can do. I have a passion for touching lives and for teaching. My time is much better spent, in terms of lives touched, by teaching others how to bring quality care and healing into this world than by bringing that healing myself, one patient at a time. There is a profound need for natural health care options in Mexico, Central America and South America. Planting the seeds of a new healing discipline in this fertile soil will produce abundant returns of health for generations to come.
